We offer a 30-day return policy. Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Timelines:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase.

Return Process:

  • Email us at support@sqaurejewelry.com to initiate a return.
  • US customers: Ship to our US address.
  • AU customers: Ship directly to our studio.
  • International: Ship to either our US or AU address.

Shipping Notes:

  • No signature required upon delivery.
  • Items returned without a request won’t be accepted.

Damages:
Contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom products, engraved rings, custom sizes, worn or altered items, and rush orders.

Refund Fee:
For returns of non-defective items, a 30% fee (handcrafted and shipping) applies.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. If it’s been more than 15 days, contact us at support@sqaurejewelry.com.


Repairs
For resizing or repairs, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We’ll assess whether it qualifies for free service under warranty and inform you of any potential charges.
