Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Request Timelines:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within 7 days after applying for a return.
  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Return Process:

Return Shipping:

  • For US customers: Ship to our US address for faster processing.
  • For AU customers: Ship directly to our studio.
  • For international customers: Ship to either our US or AU address.

Shipping Requirements:

Please do not require a signature upon delivery to avoid issues. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Check your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom products
  • Engraved rings
  • Rings in non-listed custom sizes
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items
  • Rush orders

Refundable Fee:

For returns, we deduct a 30% fee for craftsmanship and shipping on items that match the description.

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, please return it and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

EU Customers:

If you are in the EU, you can return items within 14 days for any reason, as long as they are in their original condition.
